以下是 EY 的详细信息:
London-LON004FJ

Our Human Capital professionals assist clients ranging from some of the world’s largest employers to fast growing entrepreneurial businesses. They provide our clients with compliance and advisory support by designing tax-effective reward strategies, helping them mobilise their employees across borders and do so by ensuring their client’s workforce is managed in line with their organisational goals.

Human Capital consists of four core divisions:Global Mobility,Total Reward,HR AdvisoryandGlobal Business Immigration Services. We currently have openings in Global Mobility, Total Reward and HR Advisory.

What training and development will I receive in my first few years?

Your training path will depend on the division and team that you join, however, that said, you’ll receive intensive in-house training that combine work on personal and technical skills. As an employee recruited through the graduate program, you’ll also have the opportunity to study for the relevant professional qualification(s).

As a graduate in one of our tax practices in Global Mobility, or one of our Total Reward teams you will study for the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) qualification. Once you are ATT examined you will have the option to proceed to the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification. Depending on their specialisation, some of our graduates in Total Reward may proceed to a study towards a Masters degree in Human Resources.

If you join our HR Advisory practice, you will be supported in studying towards the CIMA qualification.

The work is very demanding and you’ll need to learn fast. The training and development you receive is second to none, and will give you the expertise and experience you need to build yourself an excellent reputation and have a real impact in your area of specialism. The skills and experience you pick up will help you to take your career further, faster.

What opportunities will Human Capital open up?

As your experience grows, so will your responsibility. You will begin to meet and correspond with clients directly, and be the face of EY to many external stakeholders.

You can:

Use your in-depth human-capital knowledge to become a dedicated HR/people advisor to your clients;

Lead mobility compliance programmes for our largest and most international clients;

Set up a shared-services centre in an emerging market to support your client’s HR strategy;

Focus your skills internally to lead in the Human Capital service;

Participate in an international assignment programme in one of our global offices.

You may choose to specialise in your chosen market, increase your client portfolio, and take on more responsibility for clients and projects. There will be greater scope to work with other parts of the business once you have gained the necessary experiences and this will help you make informed decisions on your future career path.

Once sufficiently qualified and proven, you will have the opportunity to go on secondment to other offices across the globe through any of our structured assignment programs and benefit from additional skills that you could pick up on the way.

The rate at which you progress at EY depends entirely on you. Whether you choose to become a tax specialist or a leader in the organisation and coordination of extensive assignment policies, you will benefit from the wealth of resources that the firm has to offer, along with world-class training and experiences.

What are my options when I apply?

You can start your career in London or one of our regional offices across the UK. The location you select will determine the area of Human Capital and the client group you'll join.

If you want to work with clients in the financial sector, apply to the Financial Services practice in our London office.

If you want to work in Global Mobility in a number of different industries then apply to our UK&I practice in London or one of our regional offices. Please note that there are additional language requirements for those who wish to join the Japanese Expatriate Tax Services team.

If you wish to advise clients on a broad range of HR performance, talent management and mergers and acquisitions, then apply to our HR Advisory Practice in London.

The entry requirements for Human Capital are:

Grade B or above for GCSE Mathematics and English Language (or equivalent);

At least 300 (24) UCAS points (excluding General Studies and re-sits);

A minimum 2.1 degree.

Please note: in exceptional circumstances we will accept applications from candidates who do not meet our academic requirements. If this is your case, you will need to provide strong justification for why we should consider your application. You will also need to provide documentary evidence of any mitigating circumstances.
