One third of our workforce is made up of commercial teams, responsible for promoting our extensive portfolio of products to different retailers. Joining Coca-Cola Enterprises' Sales & Marketing graduate programme is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and highly driven person to accelerate into a career working with some of the most iconic brands in the world such as Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Fanta, Schweppes Abbeywell, Relentless and many more.
As a graduate undertaking this three year programme, you'll get to work in real roles and on live projects whilst benefiting from a clearly defined structure of training. It's all designed to unlock your potential and prepare you for an exciting and fulfilling career at Coca-Cola Enterprises.
Rotating across key commercial areas of the business, you'll gain practical experience and high level exposure within the following areas:
- Field sales (First Year)
- Commercial management
- Product and Trade marketing functions
- Coca-Cola Company experience
These are all integral to the success of our organisation.

Qualifications
In addition to a bachelor’s degree (minimum of a 2:1 in any subject), you'll need a full UK driving licence, as you'll be working across different parts of our business. Ultimately it's your passion, your enthusiasm and your ability to engage with people that will make the difference.

Dynamic individuals with leadership and management potential, you must possess drive and ambition to succeed. We want people who are happy to go “outside their comfort zone” with a critical mind and an eye for detail. Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and build professional relationships at all levels are essential. We want people who really want to get to grips with our business, understand our strategies, customer focus and can use their business acumen to make a significant impact and contribution to the organisation.
