London
Become one of around 50 trainees to join us each year in one of the most hectic, diverse and culturally rich cities in the world and here’s what else you can expect.
Our head office–
Our City-based office offers legal services in corporate; banking and international finance; real estate; energy, projects and construction; commercial, regulatory and disputes; and human capital. And our wealth of experience and depth of resources equip us to look after the interests of clients like National Grid, Royal Mail and HSBC, and tackle the largest assignments the 21st century has to offer.
A great salary and benefits package–
Our London salaries start at £37,500 rising to £42,000 in your second year. Once you qualify, you’ll be on £60,000. Plus you’ll have a salary review every year.
You’ll also enjoy an exceptional range of benefits. Holidays start at 25 days, increasing to 28 with service. And thanks to our flexible holiday allowance, once you qualify you can ‘buy’ up to five days’ holiday a year.
On top of that we offer everything from a pension and an annual bonus scheme to dental insurance, life assurance, private medical insurance and ‘Well Person’ screening. You can make the most of our gym subsidy too. Working hours can be long in this industry, but we help everyone strike the best work/life balance with initiatives like flexible working, childcare vouchers, enhanced maternity and paternity schemes, an employee helpline and sabbaticals.
An insight into our world before you join it–
We’ll invite you to many activities before you join so you can get to know us better – including our Client Service Module. Run at our London office over three evenings during the academic year, it explains how we work and why effective client service is central to all we do. And it’s especially created to give you a great insight into the training to come.
