Job Description
Workplace has opportunities on our Graduate Management Programme starting in September 2014 for a Finance Graduate.
This role is a national role, consisting of 4 placements over a 2 year period, within the finance function. You will need to be fully mobile as the placements could be based anywhere within the UK.

Our Programme
By joiningourGraduate Management Programme you will work closely with the people who are driving the business forward. The scheme supports the development of your skills, knowledge and experience to help you become a leader of the future.
By undertaking 4 different placements you gain an insider’s view of the people, processes and technology that are transforming our business. Each placement carries real responsibility and you will be expected to deliver what the business requires of you.You will be given specific objectives relative to each placement so that you are contributing from day one.
Our programme is supported by a number of training events aimed to develop key skills and knowledge essential to your role.You will also have the opportunity to gain an IML Qualification and to study for your CIMA qualification. Both these qualifications are fully funded.
Even before you start the programme you will be allocated a Graduate “buddy” from our current graduate population and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and visit their placement before you start – giving you a first hand experience of our business. Mentors are then allocated during your second placement .
What you’ll need
To be considered for our programme you will have:-
2.1 or higher in a Financial related degree
A flexible approach to work (you will be required to relocate during your placements)
A team focus with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people at all levels
A driven, self motivated attitude, with the ability to work on your own initiative
Ideally have previous work experience
A full UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000p.a with an additional allowance should your placement be located in London. The opportunity to join a pension scheme and flexible benefits
